Golf courses nearby include Whiteleaf, Ellesborough, Weston Turville and Chiltern Forest. We are also only 45 minutes from the West End theatres by the M40 motorway. The hotel has a superb open log fire all winter long! This forms part of the original building dating back to the 16th century. Directions Close to Thame, Princes Risborough, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Marlow, Oxford and Henley - all within 15-30 minutes drive away and only 45 minutes from London by the m40 motorway - turn off at junction 6. Travelling from Thame: Driving through the high street, go past the Sainsbury petrol station and follow the signs to Chinnor travelling on the Thame-Chinnor road. You will go through a large roundabout where DAF and BOC are located, then you will pass through a village called Sydenham. Chinnor is a short distance from Thame (less than 4 miles). Once in Chinnor you will need to turn left onto the B4009. Head up the hill to Henton, then turn left at the sign. Drive down the road to the valley and you are here. Travelling from Princes Risborough: Travel along the B4009 and head toward Chinnor.
